Not a template with your logo on it. I build each app from scratch around the way you already do things: your groups, your categories, your wording, the exact message your team sends today. It replaces the WhatsApp lists and spreadsheets you keep by hand, and sits on your phone's home screen like a normal app.
Made for you, priced for you, no monthly fees. Organisations: tell me your budget. You try a working copy before it goes live.
| Off-the-shelf app | Built for you | |
|---|---|---|
| Fields | Their form, their categories | Exactly the details you track today, nothing extra |
| Words | Generic labels | Your terms, your group names, your statuses |
| Messages | Export, then retype | Copies the message in the format your group already uses |
| Connections | Whatever they support | Your Google Calendar, Sheets and the apps you already rely on |
| Cost | Per user, every month | One price, then free hosting on your own account |
| Changes | Request a feature and wait | Ask me |
Put in your own numbers. Typing, checking and re-sending the same list adds up fast.
That is about 33 full working days, every year.
The alternative most teams look at is a subscription app charged per user, every month, for as long as you use it. Mine is one price, then hosted free on your own account.
Every app is made to measure. The price is fixed in writing after a short chat, before any work starts.
Clubs, CCAs, tuition centres, coaches, charities and small companies.
Shaped to your team: your groups and roles, your categories, your message format word for word. Examples: attendance sheets, session bookings, duty rosters, equipment sign-out, sign-up sheets.
Secondary school, JC, ITE, poly and uni. Student pass needed.
Same course as your friends? Ask about one app for the group with the price split. I don't build school projects or anything you hand in for marks.
Not a student or an organisation? Message me with what you need and I'll quote you.
A written scope and fixed price, a test copy you try before it goes live, and a short guide.
Two weeks of bug fixes free. New features after that are quoted separately.
Runs on your own free Google or Cloudflare account. No subscription to me.
Small student tools in days. Bigger apps in one to two weeks from the agreed scope.
Not sure which one? Send me a screenshot of how you do it now. The first chat and a rough price are free.
Message me on CarousellFree first chat · fixed price agreed before any workCopies of my own two apps, filled with made-up data. Tap the days, flip the cards, tick things off. Nothing is saved or sent. Yours would be built around your own subjects, plans and routine.
Study plannerBased on Study Buddy. The day's classes and rooms, tests counting down, and flashcards that come back until you know them.
Personal dashboardBased on Life Admin. Today's plan, the week at a glance, the next bill and what needs doing, in one screen.
Both live and used every day. Personal details in the screenshots are blurred.
Built around one diploma's timetable, modules and assessment style: classes and rooms, assessments counting down, notes, flashcards, and one search across every slide and guideline in the course. Classmates use it too, each with their own data in their own Google account.
Built around my own week: my trainer's programme, my own gym days, my bills and my review routine. It pulls in my sports watch and calendar, so I plan in one place and track in the apps I already use. Locked with Face ID.
Tell me what you do by hand today. Screenshots of your current list or chat help most. Free.
I write down what the app will and won't do, with a fixed price. Nothing starts until you agree.
You and your team try a working copy and tell me what to change.
It goes live on your account, with a one-page guide and QR code.
Anything that breaks in the first two weeks, I fix free.
Not to me. The apps run on Google's and Cloudflare's free plans under your own account. Small teams stay well inside the free limits.
No. It's a web link. They can add it to their home screen and it opens like an app, on iPhone or Android.
Into a Google Sheet or Drive folder you own. I don't keep a copy. If you stop using the app, the sheet is still yours and readable.
Yes. Bug fixes in the first two weeks are free. New features or bigger changes after that are quoted per job.
No. I build tools that help you study and stay organised, not work you submit for marks. If an app idea is part of an assignment, I can talk it through with you, but you build it.
Because I'm a student too, and a good planner shouldn't depend on your budget. Organisations pay for the extra work a team app needs: more people, more roles, a handover guide.
I design the app, decide what goes in, test it and set it up. Claude, an AI model, writes most of the code to my spec. That's how one person ships a working app in days.
Payment processing, app-store apps, or anything that needs a big shared database for thousands of users. For those, I'll tell you up front and point you elsewhere.
Send me a screenshot of your list, sheet or group chat on Carousell. I'll build the app around it, and tell you roughly what it costs before you commit to anything.
I study full-time, so I take on a few projects at a time. Message early if you have a date in mind.
